摘 要:核磁共振是基于原子核的物理现象来研究物质的结构和性质,目前核磁共振分析方法大量应用于医疗、化工工业等方面的分析研究。针对石化产品蒸馏装置常一线产品馏程的分析,通过分析建模、人机比对等工作确定了,核磁共振分析方法可以应用于产品的快速分析。同时为进一步扩展其分析应用的范围,将分析项目拓宽为蒸馏、焦化、柴油加氢、加氢裂化、焦化汽煤油加氢等轻质油的密度、全馏程等进行研究。实验设备主要依托DF-NMR-I型离线核磁共振分析仪,分别选取炼厂的蒸馏常一线油品、柴油油品等。相关测定参数参照国家标准方法。通过核磁共振原理,依靠采集油品的氢谱,可以很好地对油品做聚类分析;在大量数据的支撑下,通过建模的技术手段,可以达到对油品性质快速预测的功能,实现分析工作的高效性、高精度、实时性,这将会对化工行业油品分析产生深远影响。Nuclear magnetic resonance is a physical phenomenon based on atomic nuclei used to study the structure and properties of substances.Currently,a large number of nuclear magnetic resonance analysis methods are applied in the analysis and research of medical,chemical industry,and other fields.Based on the analysis of the distillation range of atmospheric first-line fraction in petrochemical product distillation units,a rapid analysis that can be applied to products has been determined through analysis modeling and human-machine comparison.At the same time,to further expand the scope of its analytical applications,the analysis projects will be expanded to study the density and full distillation range of light oils such as distillation,coking,diesel hydrogenation,hydrocracking,and coking kerosene hydrogenation.The experimental equipment mainly relies on the DF-NMR-I offline nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer,which selects distillate crude oil and diesel oil from the refinery.The relevant measurement parameters refer to national standard methods.By using the principle of nuclear magnetic resonance and collecting hydrogen spectra of oil products,clustering analysis of oil products can be performed effectively;With the support of a large amount of data,the function of quickly predicting the properties of oil products can be achieved through modeling techniques.Realizing the efficiency,high precision,and real-time performance of analysis work will have a profound impact on the analysis of oil products in the chemical industry.
