摘　　要：目的探讨双侧矩形皮瓣法矫正小阴唇肥大的手术效果及治疗体会。方法2019年1月至2022年1月,北京大学深圳医院整形外科用双侧矩形皮瓣法矫正不同类型小阴唇肥大畸形患者67例,年龄20~54岁,平均36岁。术后对切口愈合情况、术后并发症情况以及小阴唇形态进行观察。结果67例患者中,64例一期愈合,1例伤口愈合不良,2例诉单侧小阴唇局部肥厚。随访1~6个月,小阴唇形态自然、美观,术后患者满意率为97%(65/67)。结论双侧矩形皮瓣法术式设计灵活、有效,可以矫正任何类型的小阴唇肥大,患者满意度较高。Objective To analyze the surgical outcomes and clinical insights of bilateral rectangular flap technique for the correction of labial hypertrophy.Methods Between January 2019 and January 2022,the Plastic Surgery Department at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital utilized the bilateral rectangular flap technique to correct labial hypertrophy in 67 patients with varying types of deformities.The patients ranged in age from 20 to 54 years,with an average age of 36 years.Following surgery,the wound healing process,occurrence of postoperative complications,and the restoration of labia minora morphology were closely monitored.Results Among the 67 patients,1 case experienced poor wound healing,while 2 cases reported persistent local hypertrophy in one side of the labia minora post-surgery.In contrast,64 patients achieved primary healing after the procedure.Following a follow-up period ranging from 1 to 6 months,the labia minora in these patients demonstrated natural and aesthetically pleasing shapes,resulting in overall patients′satisfaction with the surgical outcomes.Conclusions The bilateral rectangular flap technique features a versatile and efficacious surgical design,enabling the correction of any type of labial hypertrophy with consistently high levels of patient satisfaction.
