摘　　要：中国大学学术精英流动是在一定时空环境中发生的。因此,中国大学学术精英的流动不仅具有阶段性,还具有特殊性和一般性。中国高等教育发展的阶段性决定学术精英流动的阶段性,其不仅引起赶超型学术精英流动,还引发增长型学术精英流动。其间,各类人才计划无时不支配着大学学术精英竞争,事业单位制则异化了大学学术精英流动。在世界一流大学建设运动中,后发外生型大学“高薪引才”“国际竞才”现象十分普遍,中国大学不是个例。以历史的、发展的、全球的眼光看待中国大学学术精英流动,更系统、更全面地把握大学学术精英流动的深远影响,对于实事求是地制定人才汇聚政策、实现人才强国战略目标至关重要。The mobility of academic elites in Chinese universities takes place in a certain time and space environment.It is not only characterized by stages but also by particularity and generality.The periodicity of the development of higher education in China determines the periodicity of the mobility of academic elites,which not only leads to the academic elite mobility with the purpose of catching up and surpassing but also to the mobility for the purpose of increasing and growing.Meanwhile,all kinds of talent plans dominate the competition of the academic elites all the time,while the institutional personnel system in universities alienates the flow of the academic elites.In the world-class university construction movement,the phenomenon of“attracting talents with high salary”and“international competition for talents”is widespread in the late developing exogenous universities,and Chinese universities are no exception.Looking at the mobility of academic elites in Chinese universities from a historical,developmental and global perspective and grasping the far-reaching impact of the mobility of academic elites in universities more systematically and comprehensively is very important for realistically formulating talent aggregation policies and realizing the strategic goal of strengthening the country with talents.
