摘　　要：以“强省会”战略的历史脉络、现实逻辑与实施成效为核心,基于历史和当代视角,通过梳理相关文献资料并进行对比分析,探究我国省会城市功能的历史演进过程,进一步分析区域发展与“强省会”战略之间的互动关系,从而对“强省会”战略进行逻辑阐释,为其有效实施提供理论支撑。研究认为,“强省会”战略的实施对于地方发展具有重要作用,是新发展格局下促进区域协调发展的关键路径。各省份应尊重资源配置中的市场规律,因地制宜,推进实施“强省会”战略,在支持省会城市以产业结构升级促进发展的同时推动区域协同发展,合理布局省域发展资源。Taking the implementation background,underlying logic and real effectiveness of the strategy of"strong provincial capitals"as the core,based on the perspective of history and contemporary,we reviewed relevant literature and based on the method of comparative analysis to explore the historical process of city function evolution in China's provincial capitals,further analyze the interaction between the current regional development of China and the strategy of"strong provincial capitals",so as to logically explain the strategy of"strong provincial capitals"and provide empirical support for its effective implementation.The study concludes that the strategy of"strong provincial capitals"plays an important role in local development,and it is a key path to promote the coordinated development of China's regions under the new development pattern.Provinces should respect the law of the market in the spatial allocation of resources,promote the strategy of""strong provincial capitals"in accordance with local conditions,and promote regional synergistic development while supporting the upgrading of the industrial structure of provincial capitals,and rationalize the distribution of development resources in the provincial area.
