摘　　要：非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)是治疗骨关节炎、类风湿关节炎和急慢性疼痛最常用的药物之一。在使用NSAIDs的患者中发现,NSAIDs的疗效在个体之间存在较大差异,这可能导致患者治疗失败或出现危及生命的药物不良反应。本综述从药物代谢酶CYP2C9基因多态性、环氧化酶基因多态性以及肠道微生物群差异的角度对引起NSAIDs疗效差异的原因进行分析讨论,为NSAIDs个体化用药方案的制定提供参考依据。Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) are widely used to treat osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis,and acute and chronic painful diseases.Significant interindividual heterogeneity in the efficacy of NSAIDs has been found in patients,which can lead to treatment failure or life-threatening adverse drug reactions.This review will discuss the causes of the variability in the efficacy of NSAIDs in terms of CYP2C9 enzyme gene polymorphism,cyclooxygenase enzyme gene polymorphism,and differences in the intestinal microbiota,to provide a reference for the development of individualized dosing regimens for NSAIDs.
