痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后水肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后水肿的临床效果。方法:将2020年6月至2022年3月,本院收治70例混合痔患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。均采用相同的手术方式治疗,对照组术后采用复方荆芥熏洗剂熏洗坐浴,观察组术后采用痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,比较2组患者术后水肿程度。结果:观察组术后3 d和9 d的肛缘水肿情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后采用痔痛宁洗剂熏洗坐浴,能有效减轻水肿,临床效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhitongning Lotion in treating postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2020 to March 2022,total 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.All patients were treated with the same surgical methods.After operation,the control group received fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Compound Jingjie Formula for Fumigation and Washing,while the observation group received fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhitongning Lotion.The degree of postoperative edema was compared between the two groups.Results The anal edge edema of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 3 and 9 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation,washing and sitz-bath with Zhitongning Lotion for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids can effectively reduce edema,and the clinical efficacy is remarkable.
