琥珀生肌膏用于热毒蕴结型肛痈术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察琥珀生肌膏用于热毒蕴结型肛痈的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2021年10月至2022年5月,本院收治的60例热毒蕴结型肛痈术后患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组术后选用琥珀生肌膏换药,对照组术后选用湿润烧伤膏换药。观察比较2组创面面积缩小率、创面愈合时间及疼痛程度等情况。结果:观察组术后创面面积缩小率高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛积分低于对照组(P<0.05),肉芽组织评分低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛琥珀生肌膏用于热毒蕴结型肛痈患者术后临床疗效显著,能缓解创面疼痛,加速创口愈合。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Hupo Shengji Ointment in treating heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess.Methods From October 2021 to May 2022,total 60 patients with postoperative heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Hupo Shengji Ointment,while the control group was treated with Moisture Exposed Burn Ointment(MEBO).The reduction rate of wound area,wound healing time,and pain degree of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The reduction rate of wound area in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score and the granulation tissue score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hupo Shengji Ointment has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with heat-toxin accumulation type of perianal abscess,which can relieve wound pain and accelerate wound healing.
