自拟中药方治疗肛肠病术后水肿疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药方治疗肛肠病术后水肿和疼痛的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2021年10月,本院60例肛肠病术后创缘水肿及疼痛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用自拟中药方创面外敷治疗,对照组采用痔疮膏外涂创面治疗。观察比较2组术后水肿、疼痛和疗效情况。结果:治疗后,观察组水肿评分为(2.43±1.46)分,低于对照组的(3.27±1.34)分(P<0.05);疼痛评分为(2.17±1.32)分,低于对照组的(3.50±1.23)分(P<0.05);临床总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%。结论:肛肠病术后水肿和疼痛患者采用自拟中药方治疗临床效果显著,能快速缓解疼痛及水肿症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-designed Chinese herbal formula in the treatment of postoperative edema and pain of anorectal disease.Methods From March 2021 to October 2021,total 60 patients with wound edema and pain after anorectal disease operation in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of self-designed Chinese herbal formula while the control group was treated with external application of Hemorrhoids Ointment.The postoperative edema,pain,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the edema score of the observation group was(2.43±1.46)points,which was lower than(3.27±1.34)points of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was(2.17±1.32)points,which was lower than(3.50±1.23)points of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%in the control group.Conclusion The self-designed Chinese herbal formula has significant efficacy on patients with wound edema and pain after anorectal disease operation,and can quickly relieve symptoms of pain and edema.
