摘 要:通过设计混凝土内掺氯离子的试验来消除不同深度处氯离子质量分数差异对测试结果的影响,分析了研磨法、钻孔法以及钻头直径对氯离子质量分数测定结果的影响,并基于假设检验和相对误差分析确定其在混凝土氯离子质量分数测定中的准确度。研究结果表明:虽然研磨法测定的氯离子质量分数结果较为稳定,但是与钻孔法的测定结果相比无显著性差异,为减少对既有结构造成损伤,推荐使用钻孔法进行取样;钻孔法钻头直径对氯离子质量分数测试结果影响很小,在满足相应置信度的推定区间要求下,6,10 mm钻孔直径下推荐的取样数量分别为23个和32个。By designing the test of mixing chloride in concrete to eliminate the effect of chloride mass fraction difference at different depths,we analyzed the effects of grinding/drilling method and drill diameter on determining chloride mass fraction.Additionally,we explored the accuracy of determining chloride mass fraction through hypothesis testing and relative error analysis.Results obtained by the grinding method are more stable,but the drilling method yields results that are not significantly different from those of the grinding method.Therefore,to reduce the damage to existing structures,the drilling method is more recommended.In addition,drill diameter has little influence on the chloride mass fraction.To achieve satisfactory results,it is recommended to have 23 samples for a 6 mm diameter and 32 samples of a 10 mm diameter,respectively,under the requirement of the corresponding confidence interval.
