摘  要:采用湿法球磨,以水为介质,氧化镁(MgO)作为助磨剂,石墨为初始原料制备石墨烯分散液。考察了MgO的添加量以及球磨时间对石墨烯结构和剥离浓度的影响。通过紫外可见近红外分光光度计(UV-Vis-NIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对制备的石墨烯进行表征。实验结果表明:添加MgO不仅能够促进石墨的剥离,而且制备的石墨烯缺陷少。当MgO与石墨等比例球磨6 h时,得到的石墨烯分散液质量浓度可达4.26 mg/mL,石墨烯的电导率达到4 762 S/m。Aqueous graphene dispersions were prepared by wet ball milling,using water as the medium,magnesium oxide(MgO)as grinding aid,and graphite as the raw material.The effects of the addition of MgO and ball-milling time on the structure and concentration of graphene were investigated.The as-prepared graphene was characterized by UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer,scanning electron microscopy,Raman spectrometer and atomic force microscopy.The results show that the addition of MgO not only promotes the exfoliation of graphite but also in graphene with a low degree of defects.The mass concentration of the obtained graphene dispersion can reach up to 4.26 mg/mL with the conductivity of 4762 S/m when MgO and graphite are ball-milled in equal proportions for 6 h.
