摘 要:现如今,伴随着国家的不断发展,人民群众日益增长的医疗需求与医院提供的医疗服务之间形成了巨大的差距,进而导致医患关系不断地激发,对医院的日常管理工作带来了极大的挑战。因此,为了能够尽可能地减少医疗纠纷事件出现,维持现有的医疗秩序,医院方面就需要对医疗纠纷管理工作进行不断地总结、思考并解决相关的问题。为此,文章结合现阶段导致医疗纠纷事件出现的原因进行分析,并以此为基础,提出了几点可行的“三面一体”立体式医疗纠纷管理体系开展策略,以期尽可能地降低医院管理工作中出现医疗投诉事件的概率,同时降低医疗赔付金额。Nowadays,with the continuous development of the country,the growing medical needs of the people have formed a huge gap between the medical services provided by hospitals,which has led to the continuous stimulation of doctor-patient relationships and brought great challenges to the daily management of hospitals.Therefore,in order to minimize medical disputes and maintain the existing medical order,hospitals need to continuously summarize,reflect on,and solve related problems in the management of medical disputes.Therefore,this article analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of medical disputes at the current stage,and based on this,proposes several feasible strategies for implementing a"three sides in one"three-dimensional medical dispute management system,aiming to minimize the probability of medical complaints in hospital management work and reduce the amount of medical compensation.
