摘　　要：目的探讨长途转移措施应用于动脉夹层的临床效果及对患者心理状态的影响。方法选取连云港市急救中心2021年2月—2022年2月长途转运的41例主动脉夹层患者纳入本研究。按照不同的转运方式分为观察组与对照组。对照组21例行常规转运措施,观察组20例应用长途转移措施。观察2组转运成功率,比较2组治疗前后的焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SDS)。结果干预后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分有所下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的转运成功率为70.00%,观察组的转运成功率为100%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长途转移措施应用于主动脉夹层中的临床效果确切,可以改善患者的心理状态,提高转运成功率,临床值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of long-distance transfer measures in arterial dissection and their effect on patients.Methods A total of 41 patients with aortic dissection treated with long-distance transport from February 2021 to February 2022 of Lianyungang Emergency Center were included in this study.Grouping was performed according to different transport methods,namely,observation group and control group.In the control group,21 patients took routine transport measures,and 20 cases in the observation group applied long-distance transfer measures to observe the transport success rate of the two groups,and compared the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)with the depression self-rating scale(SDS)before and after treatment between the two group.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of transportation in the control group was 70.00%,while in the observation group it was 100%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of long-distance transfer measures in aortic dissection is accurate,which can improve the psychological state of patients and improve the success rate of transport,which is worth clinical promotion.
