摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析系统评价神曲消食口服液治疗儿童功能性消化不良的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索自建库以来至2022年8月中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、CochraneLibrary、Embase数据库,查找神曲消食口服液关于儿童功能性消化不良的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane手册5.3版偏倚风险评估工具评估方法学质量,并使用RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。结果纳入20篇文献共2508位患儿,Meta分析结果显示,试验组的总有效人数(RR=1.19,95%CI=1.12-1.27,Z=5.42,P<0.00001);呕吐评分(SMD=-1.49,95%CI=-2.08--0.91,Z=4.98,P<0.00001);腹痛腹胀积分(SMD=-2.90,95%CI=-3.68--2.11,Z=7.24,P<0.00001);暖气积分(MD=-0.42,95%CI=-0.44--0.40,Z=36.46,P<0.00001);早饱积分(SMD=-2.84,95%CI=-3.94--1.74,Z=5.05,P<0.00001);大便不调积分(SMD=-1.63,95%CI=-1.77--1.48,Z=21.84,P<0.00001);食欲不振积分(SMD=-1.48,95%CI=-2.24--0.72,Z=3.81,P=0.0001);胃泌素(SMD=0.34,95%CI=0.23-0.46,Z=5.80,P<0.00001);胃动素(MD=37.63,95%CI=34.26-41.01,Z=21.87,P<0.00001);生长抑素(MD=-4.30,95%CI=-4.93--3.68,Z=13.49,P<0.00001)方面均显著优于对照组,不良反应(RR=0.86,95%CI=0.57-1.29,Z=0.74,P=0.46)无统计学差异。结论通过纳入文献的Meta分析,得出神曲消食口服液治疗小儿功能性消化不良相对有效且安全。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children through Meta-analysis.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed and Embase were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid on children's functional dyspepsia from the establishment of the database to August 2022.The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Cochrane system evaluation principle,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Twenty RCTs were included,involving 2508 patients.The results showed that the total effective number of patients in the experimental group(RR=1.19,95%CI=-1.12-1.27,Z=5.42,P<0.00001);vomiting score(SMD=-1.49,95%CI=-2.08--0.91,Z=4.98,P<0.00001);abdominal pain and bloating score(SMD=-2.90,95%CI=-3.68--2.11,Z=7.24,P<0.0001);belching score(MD=-0.42,95%CI=-0.44--0.40,Z=36.46,P<0.00001);early satiety score(SMD=-2.84,95%CI=-3.94--1.74,Z=5.05,P<0.00001);irregular stool score(SMD=-1.63,95%CI=-1.77--1.48,Z=21.84,P<0.00001);loss of appetite score(SMD=-1.48,95%CI=-2.24--0.72,Z=3.81,P=0.0001);Gastrin(SMD=0.34,95%CI=0.23-0.46,Z=5.80,P<0.00001),Motilin(MD=37.63,95%CI=34.26-41.01,Z-21.87,P<0.00001);Somatostatin(MD=-4.30,95%CI=-4.93--3.68,Z=13.49,P<0.00001)and other aspects were significantly better than the control group,and adverse reactions(RR=0.86,95%CI=0.57-1.29,Z=0.74,P=0.46)with no statistical diference.Conclusion Based on the meta-analysis of the included literature,Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid is effective and safe in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children.
