摘　　要：慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)在全球广泛流行,且患者多存在不同程度的情绪障碍,主要表现为抑郁与焦虑等。情绪障碍可导致CHB疾病进展,严重影响疾病治疗和预后,且发病受疾病、病因治疗等多方面因素影响。情绪障碍可通过量表的方法进行评估,通过非药物和药物进行综合治疗和管理。此文就CHB患者的情绪障碍及其危害、影响因素、评估和治疗方法进行综述,旨在提高临床工作人员对CHB患者情绪障碍的重视,为制定综合治疗措施提供参考依据。Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)is widely prevalent in the world.Most patients have different degrees of emotional disorders,mainly manifested as depression and anxiety.Emotional disorders can lead to the progression of CHB disease,and seriously affect the treatment and prognosis of the disease.Its pathogenesis is affected by many factors such as disease,etiology and treatment.Mood disorders can be assessed using a variety of scales and managed comprehensively with both non-drug and pharmacological treatments.This article reviews the emotional disorders of CHB patients,and its hazards,influencing factors,evaluation and treatment methods,aiming to enhance clinical staff's attention to emotional disorders of CHB patients and provide reference for the development of comprehensive treatment measures.
