Aquarius血液净化仪治疗肾衰竭的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析Aquarius血液净化仪在肾衰竭(renal failure,RF)患者中的临床效果。方法此次试验研究从天津市第二人民医院接受RF治疗的患者中选取60例作为试验对象,为了公平性,以患者入院病历单双号作为患者的分组依据,其中单号的患者作为观察组(n=30),双号的患者作为对照组(n=30),观察组患者借助Aquarius血液净化仪实施持续血液净化治疗,对照组患者的治疗方法为常规血液净化。结果对比分析后可知,观察组患者治疗效果较高,并发症发生率较低,与对照组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者凝血功能指标以及血磷、血肌酐、血尿素氮、甲状旁腺素和β_(2)微球蛋白等指标水平基本一致,P>0.05;而治疗后两组患者上述指标存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论Aquarius血液净化仪在肾衰竭患者中的临床疗效较常规血液净化的治疗效果更理想。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Aquarius blood purifier in patients with renal failure(RF).Methods In this study,60 patients receiving RF treatment in Tianjin Second People's Hospital were selected as experimental subjects.In order to be fair,the odd-even number of patients admited to hospital was used as the basis of patient grouping,in which the odd-numbered patients were used as the observation group(n=30),and the even-numbered patients were used as the control group(n=30).The observation group underwent continuous blood purification by Aquarius blood purifier,while the control group underwent conventional blood purification.Results After comparative analysis,it can be seen that the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was higher and the complication rate was lower,which was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of coagulation function indexes,serum phosphorus,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,parathyroid hormone andβ_(2) microglobulin in the two groups before treatment were basically the same,P>0.05;after treatment,the above indexes were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Aquarius blood purifier in patients with renal failure is ideal and significant compared with conventional blood purifier treatment.
