集束化护理策略在儿童上前牙埋伏阻生开窗牵引矫治中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析上前牙埋伏阻生患儿开窗牵引矫治中集束化护理的应用。方法取2022年1月-2023年1月天津市口腔医院收治的82例上牙埋伏阻生患者,分为对照组(常规护理)与研究组(常规护理+集束化护理),就两组临床疗效、应对评分及并发症情况予以对比、分析。结果与对照组比,研究组总有效率更高(P<0.05);研究组积极应对评分高,消极应对评分低(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论儿童上前牙埋伏阻生中施以开窗牵引矫治的同时配合集束化护理,效果好,术后并发症少,值得应用。Objective To analyze the application of cluster nursing in the treatment of children with impacted anterior teeth with window opening traction.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,82 patients with impacted upper teeth in hospital were divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(routine nursing+cluster nursing).The clinical efficacy,coping scores and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The positive coping score of the study group was higher,and the negative coping score was lower(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion In children with impacted anterior teeth,the combination of tractive treatment with window opening and cluster nursing has good effect and less postoperative complications,which is worthy of application.
