麝香保心丸联合银杏叶提取物对急性缺血性心肌病临床疗效及其对肌钙蛋白水平影响

摘　　要：目的探究麝香保心丸联合银杏叶提取物(GBE)对急性缺血性心肌病(ICM)临床疗效及其对肌钙蛋白(Tn)水平影响。方法纳入赣州市人民医院收治的90例急性ICM患者为观察对象,纳入时间:2022年6月-2023年12月,以随机数字表法将其分为三组,即对照组a、对照组b、观察组,每组各30例;均接受常规治疗,基于此,对照组a予以GBE治疗,对照组b予以麝香保心丸治疗,观察组予以麝香保心丸联合GBE治疗,疗程4周。比较三组疗效;于治疗前、后,比较三组心功能指标[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、每搏输出量(SV)]、实验室指标[心肌TnI(cTnI)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组a、对照组b(P<0.05);治疗后,三组CI、SV、LVEF值均提高,且观察组高于对照组a、对照组b(P<0.05);治疗后,三组cTnI、CK、CK-MB水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组a、对照组b(P<0.05)。对照组a、对照组b治疗后各指标对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合GBE治疗急性ICM可提高疗效,降低cTnI、CK、CK-MB水平,改善心功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)in the treatment of acute ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM)and its impact on the level of troponin(Tn).Method A total of 90 acute ICM patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into three groups using a random number table method:control group a,control group b,and observation group,with 30 cases in each group;all patients received routine treatment.Based on this,control group a received GBE treatment,control group b received Shexiang Baoxin Pill treatment,and observation group received Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with GBE treatment for 4 weeks.Compare the therapeutic effects of three groups;before and after treatment,compare three groups of cardiac function indicators[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),stroke output(SV)],and laboratory indicators[myocardial Tnl(cTnl),creatine kinase(CK),and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)].Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group a and control group b(P<O.05);after treatment,the CI,SV,and LVEF values of the three groups allincreased,and the observation group was higher than the control group a and control group b(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of cTnl,CK,and CK-MB in all three groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than control group a and control group b(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison of various indicators between control group a and control group b after treatment.Conclusion The combination of Shexiang Baoxin Pill and GBE can improve the efficacy of acute ICM,reduce cTnl,CK,CK-MB levels,and improve heart function.
