甘肃省医务人员健康素养传播能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解甘肃省医务人员健康素养传播能力现状及其影响因素。方法自行编制甘肃省医务人员健康素养传播能力调查问卷, 采用方便抽样法, 于2022年6—9月对甘肃省各级医疗机构的部分医务人员进行问卷调查。对问卷数据进行描述性分析, 应用广义线性回归分析影响医务人员健康素养传播能力的因素。结果甘肃省医务人员健康素养传播能力平均得分为(20.51±7.81)分, 健康知识获取、健康知识传播和卫生政策知晓度3个维度平均得分分别为(4.86±2.50)、(7.20±3.22)和(8.45±4.83)分。陇东南地区(β=-19.13)和陇中地区(β=-13.45)、女性(β=-0.89)、医院级别为二级(β=-0.94)、岗位为护士(β=-1.09)或药剂师(β=-1.90)或医技人员(β=-2.42)、职业紧张得分高(β=-0.07)以及健康素养水平得分高(β=-0.10)的医务人员的健康素养传播能力得分较低, 硕士及以上学历(β=1.02)、副高级(β=1.49)或正高级职称(β=2.44)以及健康状况好(β=5.67)的医务人员的健康素养传播能力得分较高, 且差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论甘肃省医务人员健康素养传播能力还处于较低水平, 应提高对医务人员健康素养传播能力的重视程度, 因地制宜、因人而异地推动医务人员健康素养传播能力培养, 并完善医务人员健康素养传播能力评价与反馈体系。Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of health literacy spreading ability of medical staff in Gansu province.Methods A self-designed survey questionnaire on the health literacy spreading ability of medical staff in Gansu province was developed.Convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on some medical personnel at all levels of medical institutions in Gansu province from June to September 2022.Descriptive analysis was made on the questionnaire data,and generalized linear regression was applied to analyze the factors affecting the health literacy spreading ability of medical staff.Results The mean score of health literacy spreading ability of medical staff in Gansu province was(20.51±7.81)scores,and the average scores of health knowledge acquisition,health knowledge dissemination and awareness of health policies were(4.86±2.50),(7.20±3.22)and(8.45±4.83)scores,respectively.The score of health literacy spreading ability was lower in the medical staff with the characteristic of Longdongnan region(β=-19.13)and Longzhong region(β=-13.45),female(β=-0.89),secondary hospitals(β=-0.94),nurse(β=-1.09)or pharmacist(β=-1.90)or medical technician(β=-2.42),higher occupational stress scores(β=-0.07)and higher health literacy scores(β=-0.10),and the medical staff with the characteristic of master degree or above(β=1.02),vice-senior title(β=1.49)or senior title(β=2.44)and good health condition(β=5.67)had higher scores of health literacy spreading ability,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The health literacy spreading ability of medical staff in Gansu province was still at a low level.It is necessary to pay more attention to the health literacy spreading ability of medical staff,promote the cultivation of health literacy spreading ability for medical staff according to local conditions and different people,and improve the evaluation and feedback system of health literacy spreading ability for medical staff.
