摘 要:执行机构作为EV减速器和混动变速器的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣不仅关系到传动系统的换挡可靠性,还影响整车的行驶舒适性。目前,国内针对多挡减速器和混动变速器执行机构的性能要求不断提高,亟需在这领域进行性能提升研究工作。基于减速器和混动变速器的换挡需求,设计开发了一套采用无刷电机的摆线齿轮执行机构。通过摆线齿轮齿形修形设计,搭建了多体动力学模型并分析了摆线齿轮传动机构的传动效率及疲劳强度,并开展了相关试验验证,取得了良好效果。As an important component of EV reducers and hybrid transmissions,the performance of the actuator is not only related to the shifting reliability of the transmission system,but also affects the driving comfort of the entire vehicle.At present,the performance requirements for multi speed reducers and hybrid transmission actuators in China are constantly improving,and there is an urgent need for performance improvement research in this field.A set of cycloidal gear actuators using brushless motors based on the shifting requirements of reducers and hybrid transmissions was developed.By designing the tooth profile modification of cycloidal gears,a multi body dynamic model was established and the transmission efficiency and fatigue strength of the cycloidal gear transmission mechanism were analyzed.Relevant experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness,and good results were achieved.
