摘　　要：采用感应圈仿形设计方法,实现大节型三销轴叉球道整体感应淬火热处理要求。基于感应加热淬火设备特定功率的加工参数验证,解决低功率感应淬火设备加工大节型产品的问题。通过热处理变形规律和尺寸稳定性研究,总结热处理前精锻件尺寸调整方法和热处理过程尺寸控制方法,形成一套大节型三销轴叉球道整体感应淬火工艺开发方法。The imitation coil design is adopted to realize the inductive hardening requirements with single shot on the large-joint tulip track.Validation of processing parameters based on specified power of inductive hardening equipment,solve the problem of how to process large-joint tulip track with low-power inductive equipment.Study on the heat treatment deformation and dimensional stability,summarize the dimensional adjustment method of precision forgings before heat treatment and the dimensional control method on the heat treatment process,form a set of process development method of inductive hardening on the large joint tulip track.
