摘 要:针对阀口独立控制节能系统阻尼降低与执行器振荡的问题,建立了入口阀电子压力补偿的阀口独立控制系统数学模型,设计了基于动态压力反馈的阀口独立控制系统主动阻尼补偿策略.针对挖掘机等工程机械负载大范围变化的作业工况,分析了不同负载下阀口独立控制系统阻尼补偿特性,提出了一种全域负载工况下阻尼补偿性能评估指标和补偿增益优化方法,开发了基于Matlab/GUIDE平台的阀口独立控制系统阻尼补偿参数自整定软件.20 t挖掘机阀口独立控制系统实验结果表明:采用所提出的方法能够优选阻尼补偿增益参数,在不同工况下执行器速度运行平稳且压力振荡降低47.9%~71.58%,从而改善系统动态特性.For the problem of damping reduction and actuator oscillation in the independent metering control system,a mathematical model of the independent metering control system with electronic pressure compensation of the inlet valve is established,and an active damping compensation strategy of the independent metering control system based on dynamic pressure feedback is designed.For the operating conditions of excavators and other construction machinery with the wide range of load changes,the damping compensation characteristics of the independent metering control system under different loads are analyzed,a damping compensation performance evaluation index and compensation gain optimization method under the global performance conditions are proposed.A Matlab/GUIDE platform-based damping compensation parameter self-tuning software for the independent metering control system is developed.The experimental results of the independent metering control system for a 20 t excavator show that the proposed method can optimize the damping compensation gain parameter,and the actuator speed runs smoothly and the pressure oscillation is reduced by 47.9%to 71.58%under different working conditions,which improves the dynamic characteristics of the system.
