摘 要:为了研究油性涂层对霜层生长的影响规律,本文运用可视化结霜实验平台,对比研究了导轨油、防锈油及工业半固体黄油三种涂层壁面与无油壁面的霜层生长特性,获得了不同时刻霜层高度和结霜质量的变化规律,并分析了黄油涂层壁面温度和迎面风速对霜层生长的影响。结果表明:三种不同的油性涂层都会延迟霜晶体形成的时间。在壁面温度为-25℃和无风速的条件下,油性涂层壁面上由于热阻较大,没有霜枝形成期,而是进入霜柱形成期。防锈油和无油涂层壁面上皆为凝华结霜,而导轨油涂层壁面上为凝结结霜。随着冷壁面温度的降低,黄油涂层壁面上形成的霜层高度和结霜质量逐渐升高。在相同时间内,无油壁面的结霜高度和结霜质量依次大于防锈油、导轨油和黄油涂层壁面。在40分钟内,黄油涂层壁面上的迎面风速小于3.9 m/s时,结霜高度始终随着迎面风速的增大而增大;当风速大于3.9 m/s时,风速的增大会缩短结霜高度持续增长的时间。The influence of oily coatings on the growth of frost layer was studied by experiments.The frost growth characteristics of three types of coating surface,namely guide rail oil,anti-rust oil,and industrial semi-solid butter,were compared with those of oil-free surface.The changes in frost height and quality at different times were obtained,and the effects of butter coating surface temperature and wind speed on frost growth were analyzed.The results show that all three different oil-based coatings delay the time of frost crystal formation.Under the wall temperature of -25℃ and no wind speed,there is no frost branch formation period on the oil-coated wall because of the large thermal resistance,and thus the frost column formation period is entered instead.The sublimation frost is formed on the surface of both anti-rust oil and oil-free coatings,while the condensation frost is formed on the surface of the guide rail oil coating.As the temperature of the cold surface decreases,the height and mass of the frost layer on the butter coating surface gradually increases.The frost height and mass on the oil-free surface are larger than those on the anti-rust oil,guide rail oil and butter coating surface,in that order.In 40 minutes,the frost height on the butter coating surface always increases with the increase of the wind speed when it is less than 3.9 m/s.The increase of the wind speed will shorten the time of the sustained increase of the frost height when the wind speed is greater than 3.9 m/s.
