摘 要:为了探究洪湖浮游植物群落结构的稳态转换及其主要影响因子,2010—2019年,在洪湖设置5个采样点,每月进行浮游植物样品采集。采用STARS(Sequential t-test analysis of regime shifts)方法,研究洪湖浮游植物细胞密度在丰水期、平水期和枯水期的稳态转换规律。结果表明,丰水期、平水期和枯水期洪湖浮游植物细胞密度均在2016年发生稳态转换,主要因为在长期围网养殖过程中,过量营养元素的投放导致洪湖水体富营养化、底泥恶化,加之2016年大洪水对洪湖生态系统造成毁灭性破坏,导致洪湖藻类大量繁殖,从而使得洪湖藻种数量在2016年发生稳态转换;冗余分析表明,在不同阶段影响洪湖浮游植物的主要驱动因子不同,其中在丰水期稳态转换前影响浮游植物细胞密度的显著因子为透明度、水温和pH,稳态转换后为透明度、水温、溶解氧浓度、高锰酸盐指数、总氮浓度和氨氮浓度;在平水期稳态转换前为水温、pH、溶解氧浓度、透明度、氨氮浓度和高锰酸盐指数,稳态转换后为高锰酸盐指数和溶解氧浓度;枯水期稳态转换前为pH、溶解氧浓度、总氮浓度和高锰酸盐指数,稳态转换后为透明度、pH、总磷浓度、高锰酸盐指数、总氮浓度和氨氮浓度。In order to explore the regime shift of phytoplankton community structure and its influencing factors in the Honghu Lake,five sampling sites were set up and phytoplankton samples were collected every month from 2010 to 2019.Sequential t-test analysis of regime shifts(STARS)method was used to study the regime shift of cell density of phytoplankton during wet,normal and dry water seasons from 2010 to 2019.The results showed that the cell density of phytoplankton in the Honghu Lake changed in 2016 during all of the three water seasons.In the process of long-term net enclosure aquaculture in the Honghu Lake,excessive nutrient were putted into the lake,resulting in the water eutrophication and the sediment deterioration.In addition,the massive flood in 2016 caused devastating damage to the ecosystem of the Honghu Lake,leading to the algae bloom.As a result,the regime of algae species in the Honghu Lake changed in 2016.The redundancy analysis showed that the main driving factors affecting phytoplankton in the Honghu Lake were different in different patterns.The significant factors affecting the cell density of phytoplankton before the regime shift during the high water period were transparency,water temperature,and pH,while after the regime shift,the factors changed to transparent,water temperature,dissolved oxygen concentration,potassium permanganate index,total nitrogen concentration and ammonia nitrogen concentration.Before the regime shift during the normal water period,the significant factors affecting the cell density of phytoplankton were water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen concentration,transparency,ammonia nitrogen concentration and potassium permanganate index,while after the regime shift the factors became potassium permanganate index and dissolved oxygen concentration.During the dry season,the significant factors were pH,dissolved oxygen,total nitrogen concentration and potassium permanganate index before the regime shift,and changed to transparent,pH,total phosphorus concentration,potassium permanganate
