国家安全战略需求视域下国家安全情报人才培养研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]结合国家安全战略需求,研究当前国家安全情报人才的能力需求和建设路径,为国家安全工作培养安全情报人才。[方法/过程]根据国家安全战略需求,解析国家安全情报人才的能力维度和要素,立足国家安全战略的背景和人才能力需求,提出国家安全情报学人才培养路径。[结果/结论]国家安全战略需求视角下,国家安全情报学人才培养的能力维度包括统筹协调能力、风险的全流程管理能力、信息处理能力、理论创新和实践能力。立足能力要求,人才培养需要在学科体系和课程设计、实践及保障体系建设、评价及治理体系建设等方面进行路径选择。[Purpose/Significance]According to the needs of national security strategy,the research on the talents'current competence and its construction in national security intelligence is conducive to the cultivation of high-quality talents engaged in national security.[Method/Process]From the needs of national security strategy,it analyzed the talent competence compositions and elements in national security,and proposed a training path on this basis.[Result/Conclusion]From the perspective of national security strategy needs,the talent competences consists of overall coordination,full process risk management,information processing,theoretical innovation and practice.Based on that,talent cultivation needs to coordinate the disciplinary system and curriculum design,practice and guarantee system,evaluation and governance system,and other aspects.
