摘  要:[目的/意义]评估高校专业分馆馆藏资源的建设和使用情况有助于合理配置馆藏资源和购置经费,缓解高校图书馆经费缩减、纸本文献借阅率下降、电子资源购置成本上涨等问题。[方法/过程]利用数据可视化软件Tableau对馆藏图书的入藏和借阅数据、用户信息,以及图书采访和学科认证等业务数据进行计算分析,基于计算结果从入藏、总借阅、高借阅和学科保障4个维度构建专业分馆馆藏图书资源评估体系,并以大连理工大学专业分馆10年中文图书数据为例进行实证研究。[结果/结论]验证了评估体系适用于专业分馆馆藏资源评估的可行性,评估结果为图书馆文献资源建设和其他业务工作提供参考性建议,同时为图书馆发挥引领和示范作用、助力地区社会经济文化发展提供思路和支撑。[Purpose/Significance]Assessing the construction and utilization of library resources is helpful to reasonably allocate collection resources and purchase funds,alleviate problems such as the fund reduction,the decline in the borrowing rates of paper literature,and the rise in the purchase price of electronic resources.[Method/Process]With Tableau,the paper analyzed the collection and borrowing data,user information,and some data on book purchase and subject certification.Based on the calculation,it constructed the library resource assessment system of the professional branch library from four dimensions:collection,total borrowing,high borrowing,and subject guarantee.Then,it took an empirical study on the 10-year Chinese book data of the Dalian University of Technology(KAIFAQU campus)library.[Result/Conclusion]The paper verifies the feasibility of the assessment system.The results provide some suggestions for the library literature resources allocation,and give some support to the leading role of library and the social economic and cultural development of the region.
