摘 要:该文基于CFD方法研究了船舶侧推器槽道开孔深度对船体阻力的影响。侧推槽道一般位于船艏,与来流方向垂直。由于流动分离作用,槽道内外会形成旋涡流动,此旋涡流动的稳定性对船体的阻力产生了一定的影响。该文采用RANS方法研究了不同侧推槽道深度下槽道内外旋涡的流动特征,并分析了船体阻力的变化规律。研究表明:当侧推槽道开孔深度与开孔直径比达到0.4时,船体阻力增加超过1%,船体阻力增量达到最大;当继续增加槽道深度时,船体阻力增量下降。通过流场关联性分析也可以发现,槽道内部涡流的稳定性及多涡流间的干扰也是造成船体阻力增加的一个因素。该研究成果可为船体艏部侧推器的槽道设计提供技术参考。In this article,based on the CFD method,the impact of tunnel opening depths on hull resistance is examined.The thrust channel is typically found at the ship's bow and runs perpendicular to the flow direction.A vortex flow forms in the channel at this moment as a result of the flow separation effect,and the stability of this vortex flow has an impact on the hull resistance.The RANS method is utilized to investigate the vortex's flow properties in the channel with varying tunnel depths,and the variation in hull resistance is examined.The findings indicate that when the opening depths to opening diameter ratio reaches a value of 0.4 and the hull resistance increment reaches its maximum and the hull resistance increases by more than 1%.However,when the tunnel deep increases continually,the increment of hull resistance increment decreases.The stability of vortex in the tunnel and the interference between several vortex are also discovered through flow field correlation analysis to be contributing factors to the rise in hull resistance.The research findings presented in this paper can serve as a design technical guide for the bow thruster tunnel.
