右美托咪定联合电针用于经皮椎间孔镜手术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定联合电针用于经皮椎间孔镜手术的临床效果。方法60例行椎间孔镜手术的患者随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组术中给予右美托咪定,观察组术中给予右美托咪定联合电针。记录两组患者建立通道、神经减压和手术结束时的VAS疼痛评分及Ramsay镇静评分,记录两组术中不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者在建立通道和神经减压时的VAS疼痛评分低于对照组,Ramsay镇静评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。手术结束时,两组患者的VAS疼痛评分和Ramsay镇静评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论与单用右美托咪定比较,右美托咪定联合电针用于经皮椎间孔镜手术可提供更为满意的镇静、镇痛效果,且不增加不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of dexmedetomidine combined with electroacupuncture in the patients undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty patients undergoing percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 30cases each.The patients in group C were given dexmedetomidine treatment,and those in group A were given dexmedetomidine combined with electroacupuncture.VAS pain score and Ramsay sedation score were recorded at the time points of channel establishment(T1),nerve decompression(T2),and at the end of surgery(T3).The occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups ware recorded.Results At T1and T2,the VAS pain scores were lower,and the Ramsay scores were better in group A than those in group C(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the VAS and Ramsay scores between the two groups at T3(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was slightly lower in group A than that in group C(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared to dexmedetomidine alone,combined use of dexmedetomidine and electroacupuncture for percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic surgery provides more satisfactory sedation and analgesia without increasing adverse effects.
