小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因应用于下肢骨折手术中的麻醉效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于下肢骨折手术中的麻醉效果。方法:回顾性分析我院骨科2020年4月—2022年5月收治的74例下肢骨折手术患者作为研究对象。根据麻醉方式不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组单独使用罗哌卡因,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用小剂量舒芬太尼,比较两组麻醉效果、疼痛情况、心率及平均动脉压水平。结果:观察组感觉阻滞和运动阻滞起效时间低于对照组,感觉阻滞和运动阻滞维持时间长于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后2、6 h疼痛评分、心率、平均动脉压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单独使用罗哌卡因相比,小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因用于下肢骨折手术的感觉和运动阻滞起效快维持时间长,镇痛效果更佳。Objective:To investigate the anesthetic efect of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in lower limb fracture surgery.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with lower limb fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 was conducted.According to diferent anesthesia methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ropivacaine alone,and the observation group was treated with low-dose sufentanil on the basis of the control group.The anesthetic efect,pain,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were compared between the two groups.Results:The onset time of sensory block and motor block in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of sensory block and motor block was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score,heart rate and mean arterial pressure at 2 and 6 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ropivacaine alone,low dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine has a faster onset and longer duration of sensory and motor blockade in lower limb fracture surgery,with better analgesic efects.
