护理专案改善活动对阿片类药物治疗膝骨关节炎患者不良反应、负性情绪和镇痛效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究护理专案改善对预防膝骨关节炎患者阿片类药物不良反应的作用。方法:选取2023年1月—12月我院接受阿片类药物治疗膝骨关节炎患者156例为研究对象。其中将2023年1月—6月应用常规护理的78例患者视为参照组;2023年7月—12月应用护理专案改善活动的78例患者视为试验组。比较两组不良反应发生率、疼痛程度、自我效能评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:护理后,试验组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组疼痛评分、SAS评分均低于参照组,自我效能评分高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的阿片类药物不良反应发生率由32.05%下降到15.38%,目标达成率为158.00%,进步率为52.01%。结论:护理专案改善活动能够降低膝骨关节炎患者阿片类药物不良反应发生率,减轻患者的疼痛与焦虑症状,提高患者的自我效能。Objective:To explore the efect of nursing project improvement on the prevention of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 156 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with opioids in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,78 patients from January to June were treated with routine nursing as the reference group;from July to December,78 patients were treated with nursing project improvement activities as the experimental group.The incidence of adverse reactions,pain degree,self-efficacy score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the pain score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the self-efcacy score were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).From July to December,the incidence of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with osteoarthritis decreased from 32.05%to 15.38%,the target achievement rate was 158.00%,and the progress rate was 52.01%.Conclusion:Nursing project improvement activities can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with knee osteoarthritis,reduce the pain and anxiety symptoms,improve the self-efcacy.
