“互联网+护理服务”在糖尿病儿童胰岛素治疗期间的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨“互联网+护理服务”在糖尿病儿童胰岛素持续皮下输注期间的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月我院收治的糖尿病患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组则采取“互联网+护理服务”护理干预,比较两组血糖数值变化情况、血糖控制效果、血糖达标时间、日需胰岛素剂量、低血糖发生率。结果:干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbAlc及空腹胰岛素数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖控制总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05);观察组首次血糖达标时间短于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对胰岛素持续皮下输注的糖尿病儿童采取互联网+护理服务”可降低血糖数值水平,血糖控制效果明显,能够促进血糖达标,在减少胰岛素用量方面优势更为明显,安全性更高。Objective:To explore the efect of“Internet+nursing service”during continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in children with diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 children with diabetes mellitus who were diagnosed from February 2020to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random grouping method,with 50 children in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given“Internet+nursing service”nursing intervention.The changes of blood glucose value,blood glucose control effect,blood glucose standard time,daily insulin dose and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,HbAlc and fasting insulin values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total efective rate of blood glucose control in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the time of frst blood glucose reaching the standard in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet+nursing service for diabetic mellitus children with continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin can reduce the level of blood glucose,and the effect of blood glucose control is obvious.Meanwhile,it can promote blood glucose to reach the standard,and has more obvious advantages in reducing insulin dosage and higher safety.
