复方黄芪益气口服液治疗肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺病合并失眠的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方黄芪益气口服液治疗肺气虚型慢性阻塞性肺病合并失眠的临床效果。方法:纳入成都中医药大学附属医院呼吸科门诊2021年3月至2021年12月符合相关诊断标准的肺气虚型慢阻肺稳定期合并失眠患者68例,随机分成试验、对照两组,各34例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组在常规西医治疗基础上给予复方黄芪益气口服液治疗,总疗程12周。收集两组治疗前后的临床资料及安全性指标,采用SPSS26.0软件进行分析。结果:治疗后试验组失眠状态改善总有效率显著高于对照组,试验组PSQI总分及单项(睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率)改善均显著优于对照组。试验组CAT评分、肺功能FEV1优于对照组。试验组FS-14评分显著优于对照组。结论:复方黄芪益气口服液联合西药治疗肺气虚型慢阻肺稳定期合并失眠相较单纯西药治疗具有更好的疗效,安全性良好,具有应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound Huangqi Yiqi oral liquid in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung qi deficiency complicated with insomnia.Method:A total of 68 patients in the respiratory Department of the Afiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the relevant diagnostic criteria during the stable stage of COPD with pulmonary qi deficiency and insomnia were enrolled from March 2021 to December 2021,and randomly divided into two groups,each with 34 patients.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given compound Huangqi Yiqi oral liquid treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.The total course of treatment was 12 weeks.The clinical data and safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were collected and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of insomnia state improvement in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group.The PSQI total score and single items(sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep eficiency)of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group.The CAT score and lung function FEV1 of experimental group were better than those of control group.The FS-14 score of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group.Conclusion:Compared with simple western medicine,compound Huangqi Yiqi oral liquid combined with Western medicine has better efficacy,safety and application value in the treatment of lung qi deficiency chronic obstructive pulmonary syndrome complicated with insomnia at stable stage.
