摘 要:石斛(dendrobe)是我国的一种传统名贵中药,具有益胃生津,滋阴清热之效。石斛多糖(dendrobium polysaccharides)是石斛的一种生物活性成分,具有免疫调节,抗衰老,抗氧化,厚肠胃,降血压,降血糖,抗肿瘤等药理作用。此外,石斛多糖在食品,保健品,化妆品的现代领域应用广泛。本文主要综述了石斛多糖的主要药理作用,分子机制及现代应用的进展,并且对石斛多糖的现有研究进行了总结与展望,阐述了未来的研究方向,即提高分离提纯方法的必要性、更多药理作用的发现及多样化产品的开发,以此为石斛多糖的未来研究提供参考基础。Dendrobe is a kind of traditional precious Chinese medicine in China,with the effects of benefiting stomach,nourishing Yin and clearing heat.Dendrobium polysaccharides is a bioactive component of Dendrobe,which has pharmacological effects such as immunomodulation,anti-aging,anti-oxidation,nournishing gastrointestinal,hypotension,hypoglycemia and antitumor etc.In addition,Dendrobium polysaccharides is widely used in modern fields of food,health products and cosmetics.This paper mainly reviews the main pharmacological effects of Dendrobium polysaccharides,the molecular mechanism and the progress of modern application.The existing research on Dendrobium polysaccharide is summarized and prospected.The future research direction is expounded,namely the necessity of improving the separation and purification methods,the discovery of more pharmacological action and the development of diversified products,so as to provide a reference basis for future research on Dendrobium polysaccharide.
