摘 要:良性前列腺增生是老年男性中一种常见疾病,发病率高,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着高通量测序技术的应用,越来越多的证据表明正常人尿液中存在丰富多样的微生物群,微生物群的失调会通过多个途径诱发前列腺炎症或前列腺上皮细胞的损坏,导致前列腺组织的增生和下尿路症状的加剧。本文从良性前列腺增生患者中尿液微生物群的特点、作用机制和预防及治疗等方面作一综述,为良性前列腺增生的预防和治疗提供新的方向及手段。Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is prevalent among elderly men,leading to significant morbidity and diminished quality of life.With the application of high-throughput sequencing technology,more and more evidence has revealed the existence of abundant and diverse microbiota in the urine of healthy humans.The dysbiosis of the microbiota will induce prostatic inflammation or damage to prostate epithelial cells through multiple pathways,leading to hyperplasia of prostate tissue and exacerbation of lower urinary tract symptoms.In this review,we will summarize the characteristics of the urinary microbiota,its mechanism of action,and the prevention and therapy of BPH,aiming to provide novel directions and means for the prevention and treatment of BPH.
