摘　　要：儿童静脉血栓通常继发于手术、创伤以及留置血管导管等,骨髓炎伴血栓临床上比较少见,由于深静脉血栓的临床表现与骨髓炎类似,临床上易漏诊,同时血栓的存在增加了骨髓炎治疗的难度。本文就儿童骨髓炎合并静脉血栓相关问题做一综述,旨在为临床医师诊断和治疗提供参考。Pediatric venous thrombosis is usually secondary to surgery,trauma and indwelling catheter.Osteomyelitis with thrombosis is rare in clinical practices.Since clinical manifestations of deep venous thrombosis are similar to osteomyelitis,it may be easily missed.A presence of thrombosis boosts the difficulty of managing osteomyelitis.This review summarized common problems related to osteomyelitis with thrombosis to provide references for clinicians.
