基于“少阳主枢”理论辨治心系疾病研究进展

摘　　要：“少阳主枢”是中医理论的重要组成部分,是对少阳协助人体气机运动、阴阳运转、气血津液输布作用的高度凝练。少阳涉及肝、胆、三焦,“枢”字主要体现了少阳融贯阴阳、沟通表里、贯穿上下的作用。少阳枢机在藏象、经络等理论体系中与心系密切相关,其功能正常是心脏正常运转的必要条件,故“少阳主枢”理论在心系疾病的诊治中具有重要作用。该文从“少阳主枢”理论出发,分别阐释了其在胸痹心痛、心悸、眩晕、不寐、郁病中的应用,并对各医家基于“少阳主枢”理论治疗心系疾病的思路与用药进行了归纳总结,阐明了“少阳主枢”理论在心系疾病中应用的本质是保证气血津液、阴阳水火顺利运行。正如《素问·六微旨大论篇》中所载:“故非出入,无以生长壮老矣,非升降,无以生长化收藏。是以升降出入,无器不有。”只有气机正常流通枢转,机体才能中正平和,百病不生。The“Shaoyang dominanting pivot”is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine theory,which is a highly concise summary of the Shaoyang's role in assisting the movement of Qi mechanism,the circulation of Yin and Yang,the distribution of Qi,blood,and body fluids.Shaoyang involves the liver,gallbladder,and Sanjiao,the character“pivot”mainly reflects the role of Shaoyang in integrating Yin and Yang,communicating with the exterior and interior,and running through the upper and lower of the body.The pivot function of Shaoyang is closely related to the heart system in theoretical systems such as Zangxiang and meridians,and its normal function is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the heart.Therefore,the“Shaoyang dominanting pivot”theory plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of heart system diseases.This article starts from the theory of“Shaoyang dominanting pivot”and separately explains its application in heart pain,palpitations,dizziness,insomnia,and depression.It also summarizes the thoughts and medication of various doctors based on the theory of“Shaoyang dominanting pivot”to treat heart diseases,clarifying that the essence of the application of“Shaoyang dominanting pivot”theory in heart diseases is to ensure the smooth circulation of Qi,blood,body fluid,Yin,Yang,water,and fire.As stated in the Suwen·Liu Wei Zhi Da Lun:“Therefore,without entering and exiting,there can be no growth,maturity and aging.Without ascending and descending,there can be no growth,transformation,production and storage.It is through ascending or descending,and there are no organs.”Only when the Qi mechanism flows and pivots normally can the body maintain balance and harmony,and be free from all diseases.
