从象思维论生脉散防治糖尿病心肌病

摘　　要：“象思维”作为中国传统文化元素中隐喻的一部分与中医学发展的进程相伴相随,具有哲学和科学的双重内涵。中医借助“象思维”对诸病临床特征进行“观物取象”“取象比类”,从而辨证治病“立象尽意”。该文通过梳理象思维与中医学的关系引出象思维视角下对糖尿病心肌病发病机制的认识,分别从肺、肝、脾3个方面阐述中医病机及相关意象。生脉散其功用主治与糖尿病心肌病的中医证候相契合,相关中医药研究已日臻完善,因此尝试借用象思维这一工具模型探讨人参、麦冬、五味子各自的药类法象。临床与实验研究的大量文献报道也为生脉散治疗糖尿病心肌病的可行性提供了丰富而又充分的证据。通过回溯传统象思维方式以期更好地梳理认识糖尿病心肌病,从而为其防治提供新的切入点。As a metaphorical part of traditional Chinese cultural elements,“elephant thinking”goes hand in hand with the process of Chinese medicine development,with both philosophical and scientific connotations.With the help of“elephant thinking”,Chinese medicine practitioners can“observe things and take images”and“take images and compare with analogies”on the clinical features of various diseases,so as to identify and treat the diseases and“set up an image to fulfill the meaning”.This paper summarizes the relationship between elephant thinking and Chinese medicine.This paper introduces the understanding of the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy from the perspective of elephant thinking by sorting out the relationship between elephant thinking and Chinese medicine,and describes the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine and related images from the lungs,liver,and spleen,respectively.As the functions and treatments of Shengmai Powder(生脉散)are consistent with the TCM symptoms of diabetic cardiomyopathy,and the related TCM research has been perfected,we try to use the tool model of elephant thinking to explore the respective pharmacological images of Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Maidong(Ophiopogonis Radix),and Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus).A large number of clinical and experimental studies have provided abundant and sufficient evidence for the feasibility of the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy with Shengmai Powder.By retracing the traditional way of thinking,we hope to better understand diabetic cardiomyopathy and provide a new entry point for its prevention and treatment.
