摘  要:鹿茸因具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗骨损伤、抗神经疾病和免疫调节等各种生物学特性而受到了广泛的关注,在精神及神经性疾病治疗中发挥重要作用,包括对如轻度认知障碍、缺血性脑病、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、抑郁症及神经损伤等相关疾病的预防和治疗。该文综述了鹿茸及鹿茸多肽治疗精神及神经性疾病的研究进展,重点介绍了其干预作用及调控机制。研究发现鹿茸及其成分可以有效改善轻度认知障碍、抑制神经损伤、减轻缺血性脑病、缓解阿尔茨海默病、改善帕金森病,并显著减少抑郁样行为和保护神经元,其调控机制可能涉及抗炎、抗氧化、细胞焦亡、Rho/ROCK通路、Akt/mTOR信号、Nrf-2/HO-1/NF-κB通路等多种途径。该文的整理分析为拓宽鹿茸的应用和发掘神经系统疾病的治疗方法提供理论依据和新思路,并揭示一种潜在的治疗药物。Due to various biological characteristics,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibone damage,anti-neurological disease,and immune regulation,Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)has attracted widespread attention.It plays an important role in the treatment of mental disorders and neurological diseases,including the prevention and treatment of related diseases,such as mild cognitive impairment,ischemic encephalopathy,Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,depression and neurological damage.This article reviews the research progress of Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)and pilose antler polypeptide in the treatment of mental and neurological diseases,focusing on the intervention and regulation mechanism.Studies have shown that Lurong(Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum)and its components can effectively improve mild cognitive impairment,inhibit nerve damage,relieve ischemic encephalopathy,relieve Alzheimer's disease,improve Parkinson's disease,significantly reduce depressive-like behavior and protect neurons,its regulatory mechanism may involve anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,pyroptosis,Rho/ROCK pathway,AKT/mTOR signaling,Nrf-2/HO-1/NF-κB pathway and so on.The analysis of this paper provides theoretical basis and ideas for broadening the application of velvet antler and exploring the treatment methods of nervous system disease,and revealing a potential therapeutic drug.
