摘　　要：目的研究颈椎病(cervical spondylosis,CS)不同证候患者椎动脉(vertebral artey,VA)收缩期峰值血流速度(peak systolic velocity,PSV)特点及与证候程度的相关性。方法采用流行病学横断面调查研究的方法,测定68例颈椎病不同证候患者的双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值与中医证候评分,分析不同证候患者双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值特点,并对双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值与中医证候积分的相关性进行分析。结果(1)颈椎病气滞血瘀证组患者双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值均低于颈椎病气血不足证组患者(左侧:P<0.01;右侧:P<0.05)。(2)颈椎病气滞血瘀证组患者中医证候积分与双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值相比较呈负相关(左侧:r=-0.355,P=0.034;右侧:r=-0.390,P=0.019);颈椎病气血不足证组患者中医证候积分与双侧椎动脉超声PSV数值相比较呈负相关(左侧:r=-0.641,P<0.01;右侧:r=-0.768,P<0.01)。结论颈椎病患者不同证候患者双侧椎动脉PSV数值特点不同,与中医证候评分之间存在相关性,椎动脉超声PSV能够在一定程度上反映中医证候的差异与程度。Objective To study the characteristics of peak systolic velocity(PSV)of vertebral artery(VA)in patients with different syndromes of cervical spondylosis(CS)and its correlation with the degree of syndrome.Methods The ultrasonic PSV value and TCM syndrome score of bilateral vertebral artery in 68 patients with different syndromes of cervical spondylosis were measured by epidemiological cross-sectional survey.The characteristics of ultrasonic PSV value of bilateral vertebral artery in patients with different syndromes were analyzed,and the correlation between ultrasonic PSV value of bilateral vertebral artery and TCM syndrome score was analyzed.Results(1)The PSV level of bilateral vertebral arteries in patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was lower than that in patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(left side:P<0.01,right side:P<0.05).(2)There was a negative correlation between TCM syndrome score and PSV level of bilateral vertebral artery ultrasound in patients with cervical spondylosis with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(left side:r=-0.355,P=0.034;right side:r=-0.390,P=0.019);the TCM syndrome score of patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi and blood deficiency syndrome was negatively correlated with the PSV level of bilateral vertebral artery ultrasound(left side:r=-0.641,P<0.01;right side:r=-0.768,P<0.01).Conclusion The characteristics of PSV level of bilateral vertebral artery ultrasound in patients with different syndromes of cervical spondylosis are different,and there is a correlation between PSV level of bilateral vertebral artery ultrasound and TCM syndrome score.To a certain extent,PSV of vertebral artery ultrasound can reflect the difference and degree of TCM syndrome.
