摘　　要：在临床中慢性肾小球肾炎作为慢性肾脏病常见的疾病之一,以病程长、迁延难愈为特点,是导致慢性肾衰竭的首要病因,主要临床表现为血尿、蛋白尿、高血压、水肿,发病原因不同,病程时间久。目前仅使用西医治疗方法无法根治本病,临床常采用激素治疗,短期效果尚可,停药后容易复发。针对这一情况,刘宝厚教授在多年临床实践的基础上结合中医传统的辨证方法,提出主张用病位病性辨证法诊治慢性肾小球肾炎,借助辨识疾病的病变部位及性质的方法,将此病分为肺失宣降、脾失健运和肾阳虚衰型,并针对不同证型分别进行论治。本研究解释了病位病性的具体运用法则,并附案例加以佐证。Chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN)is a common form of chronic kidney disease(CKD)that is characterised by a long course of the disease,prolonged and difficult to cure.It is the primary cause of chronic renal failure,with the main clinical manifestations of hematuria,proteinuria,hypertension and edema.These manifestations can have different causes and a long duration of the disease.Currently,the disease cannot be cured by Western medicine alone;hormone therapy is often employed in clinical settings,exhibiting efficacy in the short term,yet prone to relapse upon cessation of the medication.In response to this situation,Professor Liu Baohou,based on many years of clinical practice,proposes a new approach to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.This approach combines the traditional Chinese medicine method of diagnosis and treatment with the latest scientific knowledge.One approach to the treatment of one-pneumonia is to identify the location and nature of the disease.This allows for the disease to be divided into three categories:lung loss of Xuanjiang,spleen loss of Jianyun,and renal yang deficiency and decline.The treatment of each of these categories is then based on the specific evidence presented.This study elucidates the specific regulations governing the application of disease site and disease nature,with case studies serving as a supporting framework.
