摘　　要：目的探究药学干预在药剂科管理中对促进药物合理应用的效果。方法选取洛阳市第一人民医院2021年7月至2022年7月期间收治的38例实施常规用药管理患者为对照组,另选取本院2022年8月至2023年6月期间收治的38例实施药学干预患者为观察组,对两组用药情况进行观察。结果观察组不合理用药发生率(2.63%)低于对照组(15.79%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应发生率(0)低于对照组(10.53%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药学相关知识掌握程度总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组诊疗满意度(97.37%)高于对照组(84.21%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药学干预应用于药剂科管理中能保障药物合理应用,降低不合理用药发生率及用药不良反应发生率,提高患者对药学相关掌握程度,且提高诊疗满意度,值得应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of pharmaceutical intervention in pharmacy management in promoting rational drug use.Methods Thirty-eight patients undergoing routine drug management at The First People's Hospital of Luoyang from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the control group,while another thirty-eight patients receiving pharmaceutical intervention at the hospital from August 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The medication usage of the two groups was observed.Results The incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group(2.63%)was lower than that in the control group(15.79%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(0)was lower than that in the control group(10.53%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total score of pharmaceutical-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that in the control group(84.21%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention applied in pharmacy management can ensure rational drug use,reduce the incidence of irrational drug use and adverse drug reactions,improve patients'understanding of pharmaceutical-related knowledge,and enhance satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment,thus demonstrating its significant value in practice.
