冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药对冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病心绞痛(CHDAP)患者采用冠心舒通胶囊联合常规西药的疗效。方法选取2020年5月至2022年3月在固始县人民医院接受治疗的92例CHDAP患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(n=46,冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药治疗)与对照组(n=46,常规西药治疗),对两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、心绞痛发作情况及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果研究组治疗有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1个月后中医症状(胸闷胸痛、气短、面色少华、倦怠乏力)积分降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗1个月后心绞痛发作频率减少,持续时间缩短,疼痛程度降低,且研究组心绞痛发作频率更少,持续时间更短,疼痛程度更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(4.35%)低于对照组(21.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心舒通胶囊+常规西药应用于CHDAP患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状以及心绞痛发作情况,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective To explore the efficacy of Guanxinshutong capsule combined with conventional western medicine in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris(CHDAP).Methods A total of 92 CHDAP patients who were treated in Gushi County People’s Hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into the study group(n=46,Guanxinshutong capsule+conventional western medicine treatment)and the control group(n=46,conventional western medicine treatment)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris attack and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(80.43%),the total effective rate of the study group(95.56%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms(chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,pale complexion,tiredness and fatigue)in both groups were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the scores in the study group were lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in both groups were decreased,the duration were shorten,the degree of pain were decreased,and in comparision of the control group,the frequency of angina pectoris in the study group was less,the duration was shorter,and the degree of pain was lower,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the incidence of adverse reactions,in comparision of the control group(21.74%),the study group(4.35%)was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Guanxinshutong capsule+conventional western medicine in the treatment of CHDAP patients can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the remission of clinical symptoms and angina pectoris,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
