硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗子宫颈炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗子宫颈炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2024年1月白银市会宁县人民医院收治的1 100例子宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与观察组,各550例。常规组给予克拉霉素片治疗,观察组在常规组基础上给予硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗。比较两组炎性因子水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-8水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗子宫颈炎的效果显著,可减轻炎性反应,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment in the treatment of cervicitis.Methods:A total of one thousand and one hundred patients with cervicitis treated in Baiyin Huining County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group,with five hundred and fifty cases in each group.The routine group was treated with clarithromycin tablets,and the observation group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment on the basis of the conventional group.The levels of inflammatory factors,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-8 in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment is effective in the treatment of cervicitis,can reduce inflammatory reaction,and has high safety.
