归肾丸联合常规西药在Ⅱ度宫腔粘连患者冷刀分离术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨归肾丸联合常规西药在Ⅱ度宫腔粘连患者冷刀分离术后的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1-12月于湖南省中医药研究院附属医院行冷刀分离术的96例Ⅱ度宫腔粘连患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组术后给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予归肾丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、血清炎性因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:归肾丸联合常规西药在Ⅱ度宫腔粘连患者冷刀分离术后的应用效果显著,可促进子宫内膜增长,降低血清炎性因子水平。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Guishen Pill combined with conventional western medicine in patients with second-degree intrauterine adhesion after cold knife separation.Methods:A total of 96 patients with second-degree intrauterine adhesion who underwent cold knife separation in the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine after surgery,and the study group was treated with Guishen Pill on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,endometrial thickness and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and the thickness in the study group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of Guishen Pill combined with conventional western medicine in patients with second-degree intrauterine adhesion after cold knife separation has a significant effect,which can promote the growth of endometrium and reduce the levels of serum inf
