芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年12月兰州大学第一医院收治的老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭患者64例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。治疗后,两组左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,两组左室射血分数、每搏输出量大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组6 min步行距离大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芪苈强心胶囊联合常规西药治疗老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭的临床效果显著,可改善患者心功能,提高运动耐力,且不会增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of senile degenerative valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure.Methods:A total of 64 patients with senile degenerative valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure admitted to the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction and stroke volume in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6-min walking distance in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and this index in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of senile degenerative valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure has a significant clinical effect,and can improve cardiac function and exercise tolerance,an
