整体护理在肺癌患者CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗围术期护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析整体护理在肺癌患者CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年10月于贵州航天医院行CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗的肺癌患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施整体护理。比较两组焦虑情绪、护理满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:整体护理在肺癌患者CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻消融治疗围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者焦虑,降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of holistic nursing in the perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients treated with argon-helium knife cryoablation guided by CT.Methods:A total of one hundred lung cancer patients who underwent CT-guided argon-helium knife cryoablation in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received holistic nursing.The anxiety,nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039);the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:The application of holistic nursing in the perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients with CT-guided argon-helium knife cryoablation is significant,which can reduce patients'anxiety,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction.
