摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症的发病率呈逐年上升,配合中医药治疗对于稳定甲功,缓解患者临床症状具有一定优势。倪青教授认为该病以脾肾阳虚为发病根本,阳气亏虚、水湿内停为基本病机,临床常用温阳利水法治疗该病,同时配合疏肝理气、化痰祛瘀,佐以软坚散结、疏散邪气治其标,他结合理论和临床经验以温阳健脾利水方为基础方,灵活加减治疗该病,疗效显著,经验丰富。本文将倪青教授温阳健脾利水法治疗甲状腺功能减退症经验介绍如下。The incidence of hypothyroidism is increasing year by year,and the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has advantages in stabilizing thyroid function and improving patients'clinical symptoms.Professor NI Qing believes that the root cause of this disease is spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,and Yang Qi deficiency and internal stagnation of fluid-dampness is the basic pathogenesis.In clinical practice,the method of warming Yang and promoting water is commonly used to treat this disease.At the same time,it is combined with soothing liver and regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,as well as softening hardness and dissipating mass,and dispersing evil Qi to treat its symptoms.Combining theory and clinical experience,Professor NI uses Wenyang Jianpi Lishui Formula as the basic prescription and flexibly modifies it to treat this disease,and has achieved distinct curative effect and accumulated rich experience.This article introduces Professor NI's experience in treating hypothyroidism by warming Yang,strengthening spleen and promoting water.
