电针联合小续命汤加减治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究电针联合小续命汤加减治疗缺血性中风后偏瘫的临床治疗效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在合阳县人民医院住院明确诊断为中风后偏瘫患者80例,随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组予以神经内科常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用电针联合小续命汤加减,2周后观察两组患者临床症状积分、NIHSS评分、ADL评分。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前中医症状积分相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组中医症状积分相较于治疗前均有降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前NIHSS评分、ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分等指标相较于治疗前好转(P<0.05),且治疗组好转更明显(P<0.01)。结论电针联合小续命汤加减治疗中风后偏瘫临床效果良好,可以改善患者临床症状及运动功能,提高患者生活质量,值得应用。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction on hemiplegia after ischemic stroke(HAIS).Methods 80 patients with HAIS who were hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Heyang County from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group received routine treatment in neurology,while the treatment group received electroacupuncture combined with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction based on the control group.After two weeks,the TCM symptom scores,NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores,and activity of daily living(ADL)scores of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,which was higher than that(77.50%)of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the TCM symptom scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in both groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the NIHSS scores and ADL scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS scores and ADL scores of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Electroacupuncture combined with modified Xiaoxuming Decoction has a good clinical efficacy for HAIS,which can improve the clinical symptoms and motor function of patients,improve the quality of life of patients and is worth applying.
