摘  要:为了满足盾构接收的止水要求,降低盾构进洞接收过程中的施工风险,提出了一种新型止水装置:一方面,通过滑移试验,研究了新型止水装置中帘布橡胶材料的耐磨性以及气囊的可靠性;另一方面,采用注浆材料进行堵漏止水测试,验证了新型止水装置在不滑动及流动水情况下的注浆止水效果。研究表明:翻板下翻后会造成帘布橡胶板产生褶皱,导致即使增大气囊压力和水压,也无法使帘布橡胶板完全杜绝渗漏;整个装置的防水还需配合注浆施工;注浆材料需选用水溶性聚氨酯,通过重复多次注浆,方可达到明显的止水效果.To meet the water-stopping requirement and reduce the construction risk during TBM reception,a new type of water-stopping device is proposed.The abrasion resistance of the cord fabric rubber material and the reliability of the airbag of the new type of water-stopping device are studied through the sliding test.The grouting material is tested for the logging and water-stopping effect,which verifies the water-stopping effect of the new type of water-stopping device in the case of non-sliding and fowing water.The study shows that the fap downturn will cause folds in the cord fabric rubber sheet.Consequently,even if the airbag pressure and water pressure are increased,the cord fabric rubber sheet can not produce enough pressure to prevent leakage.The waterproofing of the whole device needs to be coordinated with grouting.The grouting material should select the water-soluble polyurethane.And by repeating the grouting for many times,it can achieve a significant effect in stopping the leakage.
