灭火介质对探火管系统灭火性能影响的试验研究

摘  要:通过机柜火灾的实体全尺寸灭火试验,研究了二氧化碳、全氟己酮、七氟丙烷等不同灭火介质对探火管灭火性能的影响。结果表明,采用上述3种灭火介质的探火管灭火系统均具有较好的灭火效果,灭火时间在2~4s内;灭火后带电机箱均正常运行。灭火后都具有较好的降温能力,但以二氧化碳为灭火介质时,试验中出现冷霜效应;以七氟丙烷为灭火介质时,探火管灭火系统的灭火表现最优.The effects of different extinguishing media such as carbon dioxide,perfluorohexanone,and heptafuoropropane on the fre extinguishing performance of the fire detection tube are studied through the fullsize fire extinguishing test of the cabinet fire.The results show that all of the fire detection tube systems using the above three types of extinguishing media have good fire extinguishing effects,and the fire extinguishing time is within 2~4 seconds.After fire extinguishing,the electrified cabinet operates normally.All of the extinguishing media have good cooling ability,but the frost effect occurs when carbon dioxide is used as the extinguishing medium.When heptafuoropropane is used as the extinguishing medium,the fire extinguishing performance of the fire detection tube system is the best.
