摘  要:城市中心地下环境复杂,市政管线数量多,顶管施工过程有时受到既有建筑物的限制,无法设置接收井,需要在既有建筑物内实施进洞。同时,顶管机在富水地层中进洞时,由于顶进过程中的土体扰动再加上注浆加固效果不佳,故容易在机头进洞期间出现涌水、涌砂等问题,造成顶管工程漏水甚至坍塌事故。通过对近年来顶管施工过程中顶管机弃壳接收技术以及冻结加固技术进行了研究分析,总结经验,为类似工程提供了参考帮助。The underground environment in the downtown area is complex,and there are many municipal pipelines and existing buildings.These restriction factors make it impossible to set up a receiving shaft,and the pipe jacking machine has to be received in the existing buildings.In addition,when a pipe jacking machine is received in the water-rich stratum,due to the soil disturbance during jacking and poor grouting reinforcement,there is a high rick of ingress of water and sand during the head of the machine entering the pit,resulting in water leakage or even collapse accidents of pipe jacking project.The shell abandoned reception technology of pipe jacking machine and the technology of freezing reinforcement in the process of pipe jacking construction have been researched and analyzed to provide a reference for similar projects.
